Brew Guide
Brew Guide
✳️ To brew the perfect cup of our Organic Highland Black Leaf Tea, start with fresh, filtered water brought to a full boil at 100°C.
✳️ Because these high-altitude leaves are dense and robust, they require high heat to fully release their complex oils and malty characteristics.
✳️ Place one heaped teaspoon (approximately 2.5g) of loose leaf into your teapot or infuser for every 250ml of water.
✳️ Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes; a shorter steep highlights the delicate floral notes, while a full 5 minutes yields a light honey brew with a bold, energizing body.
✳️ Once the desired strength is reached, strain the leaves immediately to prevent over-extraction and enjoy it black to appreciate its natural sweetness, or with a splash of milk for a classic, comforting finish
