Refund policy
At Sardar Tea Company, we take pride in the quality of our food products. Since our products are perishable, we maintain a specific policy to ensure fairness and food safety.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return in the event of any deficiency in the product.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
• Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
• Inquiries: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sardarteacompany@gmail.com.
